My wife and I stayed in the Solomon Suite for 2 weeks in Februray 2009. We found the accomodations more than adequate. Our son was with us for part of our visit and there was more than enough room. All of the appliances, washroom and heating were in good working order. Aviva and her family are just a few feet away and are easily accessible. The apartment is located in close walking distance to many different types of kosher restaurants. There are multiple shuls also within walking distance. The walk to the bus stop is about 1-2 minutes away. On Friday we took a cab to the Kotel and the walk back to the apartment took 25-30 minutes. The apartment is kept in immaculate condition with a generous supply of towels. We enjoyed having 2 cable tv's, both with about 100 channels. I would highly recommend the Royal Inn to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay in Yerushalayim

We and our four children loved our stay at the Royal Inn. Aviva and Shlomo were extremely warm, caring, and hospitable. Their five beautiful, polite, and kind children were so pleasant and definitely part of the hospitality team! The apartments (we rented both) are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully located near Emek Refaim/the German Colony/Baka/the Jerusalem Theatre, just 25 minutes' walk to the Old City, etc. We recommend these accommodations highly to all visitors to Jerusalem.

What a pleasure!! The apartments were modern, clean and spacious. Really enjoyed having the small kitchen and living room area. Dynamite location. Aviva and family are so warm and anxious to help. Spent a week there with three kids, and unlike a hotel environment, we were not tripping over each other and enjoyed being able to regulate our own heat. Looking forward to another stay!!

We wanted to thank you and your family for a wonderful stay at the Royalinn for the chaagim. We couldn't have been happier with your beautiful apartments and we appreciated the pristine condition that they are in. Renting your apartments was as close to being in our own home in Jerusalem. Part of the wonderful experience was your delightful family! Please thank your husband and adorable children for welcoming us so graciously. The Loberbaum kindness and hospitality was truly a bonus that we hadn't expected.
We have no hesitation recommending your apartments to our friends and we look forward to our next visit.
Aviva, thank you again for everything.

I have been a guest at the Royal inn several times and each visit has been a complete pleasure. Aviva spares no effort to ensure that her guests are cared for in every way. The apartments are beautiful to look at, very comfortable to live in, very clean, and well-maintained. Aviva has the wonderful ability to make each guest feel like a special friend, treating each person with care, consideration and attention. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes walk to Emek Refaim, restaurants, shuls, shopping, food and amenities. The Royal inn is a special treat, a hidden jewel in the heart of Jerusalem.

Aviva is someone who clearly delivers far more than promised. This includes the gamut of the accomodations, day to day advice and help, friendship and her and her family's daily smiles and good wishes! I am urging all my friends to consider staying at the Royal Inn.

What a wonderful choice we made by luck to find this hidden jewel. From the gracious hospitality we received during our stay from the management, to the comfortable bed to grace us to sleep at night after a busy day, this was an excellent selection. Everything worked in the apartment, which is fully furnished. Woring in the hotel industry for over 6 years now, as a concierge and bellman in downtown Boston, I would rate this location a 5 star plus for cleanliness, and hospitality, it just does not get any better. I cannot say enough of how we enjoyed our stay. Our home away from home. You are minutes away from Emek Refaim by foot, where there are many places to walk, shop, schmooze over coffee, or whatever. Being military, my wife and I, we were both completely at ease with the protection afforded by the IDF during our stay. I was amazed at how friendly people were in the neighborhood, and how we just blended right in with the local population. There are many shuls in the neighborhood to go to daily. You can take the #18 bus to downtown one block away, also the #24 to the Jerusalem Mall as well. If you run out of milk, there is a market just across the street and one around the corner. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is contemplating coming to Jerusalem for a short stay.

What a wonderful decision we made by staying at the Royal Inn in Solomon's Suite. Beautifully modern with very spacious and immaculate accomodations. There was absolutely nothing missing in our suite. A lovely quiet neighborhood only minutes away from cafe's and shopping. The graciousness of our hosts made our trip all the more special. We recommend the Royal Inn very highly. We can't wait to return.

We loved our stay at Jerusalem's Royal Inn. Our hosts were gracious and saw to our every need. Located just a short walk from Emek Refaim, one of the city's 'hottest' streets, the apartment we had was immaculate and comfortable, more spacious than a hotel and with extra amenities. Plus, we felt we were part of a Jerusalem neighborhood, with a makolet across the street and other shops just a block away. I recommend it highly.
